When you need it. No heating or hot water, pilot light won't stay lit, boiler keeps shutting down, or unusual noises from the unit.

Before you get in touch. Note any error codes or sounds. Check if the pilot light is on. Know your boiler model if possible.

Before you get in touch. Check the boiler pressure on the gauge. Make a note of which radiators feel cold. Locate your water stopcock and gas isolation valve.
